What you will do

  • You are responsible for managing and maintaining the infrastructure
  • You are responsible for monitoring, maintaining and renewing technical systems such as heating, ventilation, electrical installations, etc.
  • You will be responsible for planning, commissioning and coordinating subcontractors such as cleaning services and waste disposal
  • You will also be responsible for budget preparation and monitoring as well as reporting

 

What you bring to the table

  • You have a degree in electrical engineering as a master craftsman, technician or engineer (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
  • You have initial professional experience and are experienced in using MS Office applications
  • Good German and English form the basis for your communication with colleagues and external service providers
  • You are also flexible, reliable, independent and responsible

The weekly working time is 39 hours. This position is also available on a part-time basis.
