Mandatory internship in the field of machine vision (defect detection)

The Machine Vision department draws on its many years of expertise in image processing and pattern recognition to develop new fields of application, particularly for mobile recognition systems and for automated, robot-assisted object reconstruction and quality inspection.
What you will do
During your internship, you will work on a research project involving fault detection on bipolar plates. The internship focuses on the algorithmic evaluation of camera images. Your tasks will include researching and prototypically implementing the evaluation algorithms, as well as designing the computer infrastructure for real-time data processing together with the project team.

The weekly working time is 39 hours (full-time).
Remuneration is based on the federal guidelines for internship remuneration.
The duration of the thesis depends on the requirements of your university.
