What you will do

Assist in researching, analyzing and implementing best practices for scaling startup operations.
Assist in analyzing data sets to enable the team to gain actionable insights, create reports and recommend process improvements
Assist in the management and optimization of the CRM
Responding to emails to customers, partners and stakeholders
Collaborate with various teams

What you bring to the table

Full-time students of business administration, communication science or related study fields
Familiarity with start-up operations and understanding of the start-up ecosystem
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
Affinity in the start-up space
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in terms of email etiquette
Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent command of English, German is not a must but an advantage

The position is initially limited to 1 year. An extension is explicitly desired.

The monthly working time is 80 hours. This position is also available on a part-time basis.
