Student Assistant performance evaluation of a hybrid PLC/LiFi communication system

What you will do
Literature research on the PLC/LiFi system Analytical calculations, mathematical modeling, and simulations Laboratory experiments to assess the feasibility of the envisioned approach Measurements with prototypes in realistic scenarios
What you bring to the table
Enrolled Bachelor's/Master's student in full-time studies in the fields of physics, electrical engineering, and computer science with an interest in communication systems, or similar fields of study Practical experience in programming ideally MATLAB/Python Knowledge of or interest in digital signal processing and wireless communication systems (OFDM, MIMO, …) Practical experience in electronics and prototyping (know measurement equipment like vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and oscilloscopes) Independent work, willingness to learn, and interest in the topic Willingness to work from the office in 1-2 days in a week

The monthly working time is 80 hours. This position is also available on a part-time basis.
