Future. Discover. Together. The Photonic Components department at the Fraunhofer Heinrich-Hertz-Institute is a world leader in photonic integrated circuits (PICs). About every second bit transmitted on the Internet touches a PIC from the HHI. We research lasers, detectors, modulators and PICs for applications in fiber optic networks, supercomputers, satellites, environmental sensors and quantum cryptography. What we offer
The position is initially limited to 1 year. An extension is explicitly desired.
The monthly working time is 80 hours. This position is also available on a part-time basis.
