What you will do

  • Support with the systematic follow-up of trade fair contacts

  • Sending out marketing and customer-specific information material

  • Preparation of presentations and sales documents

  • Support with the organisation of hybrid customer meetings

  • Support in the preparation of quotations

  • Monitoring and preparing results for internal reports

  • Support in the qualification and maintenance of leads

 

What you bring to the table

  • You are a student at a German university in the field of business administration or a related degree programme

  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English

  • You can communicate very well

  • You have good experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams

  • You work independently and have a talent for organisation

  • You are a team player and flexible in dealing with changing tasks and stakeholders

The position is initially limited to 1 year. An extension is explicitly desired.

We do not remunerate pure Master's theses.

 

The monthly working time is 80 hours. This position is also available on a part-time basis.
