We are looking for a working student to join our 30-strong Open Service Engineering (OSE) team as soon as possible to support the development of innovative web applications and dashboards.

What you will do

You are involved in
- the coordination, consolidation and analysis of customer and project requirements
- the conceptual and visual development of proposed solutions (e.g. mockups, database and API design)
You support the software development with modern web stacks
You will be involved in the integration and further development of existing open source solutions (e.g. Apache Superset)
You work closely with your colleagues and support each other with implementation work
You provide solutions and maintain them in container-based environments (e.g. Kubernetes)

What you bring to the table

You are currently enrolled in a degree program with a focus on computer science for at least three semesters
You have advanced programming skills in Python, Javascript and React
You are characterized by an autonomous way of working, strong communication skills, solution-focused mindset and the ability to work in a team
Basic knowledge of Docker, Gitlab and devops as well as basic database knowledge in SQC is a plus
You are business fluent in German and have an advanced knowledge of English

The wage depends on the progress of your studies and is between 15.74 € and 17.27 € per hour.

The monthly working time is 80 hours. The contract is limited to one year. In general, we are interested in a longer-term collaboration.
