What you will do

Are you enthusiastic about autonomous driving and would like to help design the vehicle electronics of tomorrow?

Then you've come to the right place!

For the setup of a simulation environment for the development and testing of autonomous driving functions, we are looking for immediate support with the following exciting tasks:

Conception and setup of a vehicle-in-the-loop (ViL) test environment for environmental sensors (camera, radar, lidar, ultrasound)
Procurement and commissioning of corresponding hardware and software components
Execution of tests by means of HiL and ViL simulation, among others
Analysis and comparison of electronic components such as sensors and controllers
Presentation of results to industry partners and at trade fairs

What you bring to the table

Completed technical studies in the field of automotive engineering, mechatronics, information technology, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable
Knowledge in the automotive field, e.g. vehicle electronics, bus systems, sensors, ECUs, HiL, ViL
Experience with simulation e.g. with Matlab/Simulink, dSpace, NI or similar
Programming skills in a modern language such as Python, Java, C++
Knowledge in the area of embedded systems is an advantage

The weekly working time is 39 hours.The position can also be filled on a part-time basis. The position is initially temporary.
