The Fraunhofer ITWM is one of currently 76 institutes of the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft zur Förderung der angewandten Forschung e.V. (Fraunhofer Society for the Promotion of Applied Research) and can thus draw on the competences of a strong network. As the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Mathematics ITWM, we see our task in further developing key technologies, providing innovative impulses and implementing them in practice together with industrial partners. In doing so, we not only want to build the bridge between the real and virtual world ourselves, but also be the link between university mathematics and its practical implementation. That is why the close connection to the Department of Mathematics at the Technical University of Kaiserslautern plays a special role.
What you will do
At the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Mathematics ITWM, we develop individually designed, innovative mathematical and software solutions for exciting practical questions from numerous fields of application. In the life sciences, these solutions enable decision-makers to plan complex interventions in a targeted, time-efficient manner and with maximum result quality. In this way, the people you support receive support that is optimally and individually tailored to their respective needs. Your task with us:

What you can expect
The weekly working time is 39 hours.
