What you will do

  • You will acquire joint development projects, engage with industrial customers, acquire common development projects, define system level descriptions and other related specifications for the integrated circuits.
  • You are responsible for the development of system architecture, and analog blocks such as amplifiers, power management and sensor interface circuits down to transistor and layout level.
  • You will define the test and verification setup of the components and conduct the tests either on a wafer prober or on a test PCB
  • You publish research results and represent them at conferences.
  • You will mentor students in the course of writing their Bachelor's, Master's thesis.

What you bring to the table

  • Extensive project experience in the field of integrated analog and mixed-signal circuit design with more than five circuit implementations tested in silicon
  • Expert of integrated circuit design with more than 8 years’ professional experience in this area
  • Excellent knowledge of the Cadence Design Flow and implementation of the specification up to a complete circuit including layout under consideration of parasitic effects
  • Good knowledge in defining and setting up a test environment for the verification of integrated circuits incl. heterogenous integration, PCB layout, test hardware and software
  • Good communications skills and experience with maintaining good customer and team relations.
