Research Associate - Method development for visual analysis of CT data
At the »Fraunhofer Development Center X-ray Technology EZRT«, we develop modern cognitive sensor systems that generate comprehensive data from test objects. Our research group »Knowledge-based Image Processing« in Passau makes a significant contribution to this: We develop methods that enable an easy handling of the data, as well as their analysis, and ultimately a profound understanding about these data. Our current research and development work focuses on the visual analysis of data generated by computed tomography. Application areas can be found in the visual analysis of new materials, the inspection of large data sets (e.g., of entire cars), and in the processing for domain experts (e.g., for archaeological objects). Are you in the visual analysis of computed tomography (CT) data?
