At our external site in Rostock, the focus is on the development of new diagnostic and treatment procedures in the field of Extracorporeal Therapy Systems. During your internship, you will gain insights into the day-to-day work of a research institution and have the opportunity to apply the theoretical knowledge you have acquired during your studies in a practical setting. You will learn about our structures and processes in the scientific and technical business areas and be entrusted with responsible and varied tasks. What you contribute

  • You are enthusiastic about scientific or technical topics and are studying in the area of life sciences, medicine or engineering.
  • Ideally, you have already gained some experience through internships, vacation jobs or working student positions in the field you are interested in, but this is not a must. In any case, please include a short cover letter with your application in which you explain your motivation for an internship at the Fraunhofer IZI.
  • You are confident in communicating in German and/or English and enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team.
  • Your way of working is characterized by reliability and you approach new challenges with curiosity, independence and flexibility.
