The Transformation Innovation Center (TIC) at the Fraunhofer-Informationszentrum für Raum und Bau (IRB), one of 76 independent institutes of the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft, focuses on facilitating and exploring transformation processes in organizations, companies, cities, and communities. Our team combines expertise in transdisciplinary research, knowledge transfer, learning & development, citizen and open science in light of demographic, digital, socio-economic and socio-ecological challenges.


For the systematic expansion and further development of research activities in the field of "Organizational Empowerment", we are looking for support at the earliest possible date. 

 

What you will do

  • Support with the research activities of the "Organizational Empowerment" department
  • Active participation in presentations at conferences and scientific publications in the fields of Entrepreneurship and Learning & Development
  • Support with workshops, events, and training measures for various target groups
  • Support with industry and research projects

 

What you bring to the table

  • A university degree in economics, business administration, (economic) psychology, sociology, or related disciplines. Also, students in advanced semesters are welcome, provided they have relevant experience or knowledge in this field.
  • Excellent academic writing skills, particularly in English (at least C1-level)
  • Knowledge of statistical procedures and empirical-qualitative and/or empirical-quantitative methods would be an advantage
  • Reliable personality with team spirit, entrepreneurial mindset, self-discipline, and proactivity

This is a temporary part-time position.
