The department »Information Technology for Command & Control« (ITF) develops and tests architectures and interoperability solutions for complex information systems. In order to do so, we cooperate closely with the users. Our research topics include System-of-Systems Engineering, Vehicle Networking, Smart City Architectures, Fog/Edge Computing, and Internet-of-Things (IoT). Help us shape the future!
What you will do
Development of interoperability concepts for heterogeneous environments (IoT, Smart City, Automotive) Specification of semantic interoperability solutions for sensor integration Design and implementation of demonstrators and reference implementations Testing and verification of complex systems-of-systems Scientific contributions to international communities

The position is initially limited to 2 years. The weekly working time is 39 hours.
